6. White Vinegar Removes Hard Water Stains

Does this look familiar? Hard water stains are common in the kitchen as well as the bathroom. Sometimes it can look like brown or red rust in the bottom of a sink, or a crusty green calcium buildup on the faucet. No matter what kind of water stains you have, one sure fire way to get rid of them all is by using white vinegar! For those tough to remove stains, just soak a cloth in white vinegar and leave it on the stain for 15 minutes. Wipe away to reveal a clean sink and a shiny faucet. You can do the same for your shower head – fill a ziplock back with white vinegar and leave your shower head in the bag (or attach the bag to your shower if the shower head cannot be removed).
