Millennial Boss Talks About Gen Z’s Email Habits In Viral Video
Each generation has its own means of communicating and in many ways, that is what makes up the communication gap.
Recently, a startup founder posted a video about his Gen Z employees and how they communicate with each other while working.
If you are a millennial, this may not necessarily be to your liking because it shows how we may have been left behind in the stream of time.
At the same time, however, it really shows that technology is moving forward and we need to do our part to keep up with it.
That millennial boss, Tommy Flaim, posted a video on TikTok, captioning it: “POV: You start a new company and you only hire Gen Z.”
He then shows how the younger employees have some of the funniest email communications.
The most unique thing about the emails is how his employee sign off. The sign-offs includes everything from “Talk soon loser” to “Don’t cross me.”
Others have come up with rather unique ways to end their email, including one who said: “You’re the best boss ever (lol jk).”

Since being posted, the video has gone viral with millions of people watching it.
This is the only viral video that Flaim has posted. He sometimes posts them in response to people who ask questions in the comments, such as someone who was looking for a team reveal:
