The Military Can Teach You How To Fall Asleep In Two Minutes
It can be difficult to fall asleep and I’m sure that all of us have, at some time or another, tossed and turned for quite some time before finally dozing off. If you find yourself in the situation, there is a solution that can help you fall asleep in under two minutes.
This solution comes from the military and it has helped many people to fall asleep when they were having difficulty doing so. It may take a little bit of time to master, but it is well worth the effort when you consider what it has to offer.

This technique was recently shared by Justin Agustin. He is a fitness expert who often shares videos about how to stay healthy. Not only does this technique help him to fall asleep quickly, it allows him to fall asleep anywhere he wants.
Justin explains the premise behind the technique in the video. He said: “According to my research, this was developed mainly for fighter pilots who need 100% of their reflexes and focus, which we all know decreases with the lack of sleep.”
He then talks about how it involves taking deep breaths as you relax each part of your body from the top of your head to your toes. Each stage of the process is discussed, so you can fully understand how it works.

Some of the highlights you can appreciate are relaxing your forehead, which many of us may not have done often in our life. He also tells us not to tense up our shoulders, as this may be a problem while we are focusing on relaxing other parts of our body.
Another part of the technique is imagining that a warm sensation is traveling down your body from your head to your fingertips. He continues to relax down his body, including the heart, stomach, and legs.
Another important factor is clearing your head of any stress or thoughts you may have. You might think that this is difficult, as we are all under stress but then he gives you some visuals to help you do so.

Even if you find yourself getting distracted, you can simply repeat the words “don’t think” for 10 seconds to get yourself back on track again.
This is not a technique that works right away. It might take a number of weeks of practice before you are able to master it. Many people who commented on the video said it took up to six weeks for them to get it just right.
He also said: “Apparently, 96% of people who mastered this technique are actually able to fall asleep within two minutes of shutting their eyes.”
I think that is something that all of us would like to experience.
