TikToker Discovers ‘Secret Cube’ Built Into The Laundry Room
TikTok is filled with people who are always coming across secret compartments and the like when they are in the midst of investigating their homes.
The discoveries get funnier and funnier by the day. For example, if you are anything like us, you have been watching this clip about the amazing discovery that was made in this man’s laundry room.
We have never seen a “secret cube” in this setting before but we cannot lie, it looks pretty cool. Homeowner Billy Smith (also known as @billysmith176 on TikTok) is the one who is sharing this and we are grateful to him for doing so. The video was posted earlier this week, as he tried to get to the bottom of this cube’s presence. We fully understand where he is coming from here.
This is the latest in a long line of posts about amazing discoveries that are taking place in people’s homes. Floor safes, crazy manholes, hidden doors, we have seen it all at this point.
These videos have gone viral because of the mysteries that they have uncovered and we can understand why. It’s the sort of thing that everyone can relate to because so many homes come with these sorts of quirks.
“OK, so I have lived in this house for two years, and curiosity got the best of me the other day,” said Billy at the start of the clip.
The cube that he found was shown from a variety of angles, allowing viewers to get a close-up view for themselves.
The wildest part of all is that there are no pipes that seem to connect the cube to the rest of the home. It’s just there, taunting us and making us wonder why it is there. We can see why Billy has been so vexed by it.
That did not stop him from taking the time to investigate. “I don’t know what the purpose of the cube is,” he said. “But we’re about to find out.” Once he cut into the box in a follow-up video, the mystery seems to have been solved.

The cube is filled with old pipes that are quite possibly connected to the second-floor bathroom. Hopefully, Billy is able to forget about this cube before too long!
