If you spend any time online at all, you have probably seen a number of optical illusions. These illusions are hilarious to us because they always lead to such heated arguments.
We all can remember how divisive the infamous white and gold dress was. Yes, that dress was white and gold and we are not going to accept any sort of counterargument on this one.
So what optical illusion has the internet on fire today? This particular illusion is especially troublesome because it can only be solved by 1 percent of the population….allegedly.
It’s a virtual jigsaw and it was first shared by HecticNick on TikTok. Millions of TikTok users have already tried their best to solve this puzzle and they are definitely straining their eyes to do so.
“Only one percent of people can read what’s hidden in this image — can you?” the purveyor of this puzzle said in the video, issuing the challenge to anyone who would like to take it on. The video has been viewed nearly 4 million times already, serving as a litmus test for anyone that wants to find out if they have poor eyesight or not.
This is definitely an ophthalmological Rorschach test. These shadowy blocks are definitely unique at first glance. We could not decide if we were looking at Stonehenge or alien glyphs. The optical illusion is more difficult than you would think, as those who wish to pass the test will need to do so on the first try. That’s quite the big ask, that is for sure.
