What Kind Of Drive-Thru Customer Are You?
When you work at a fast food restaurant, you quickly become familiar with the different types of customers that pass by you on a daily basis. Some of them are not going to cause much of a stir but others can really get under your skin.
A TikTok user named Audrey Karn knows this all too well. In fact, she posted a video to the viral platform that described the worst people who come through the drive-through where she works. You might be surprised to find that you fall into one of these categories.
Some of the people that come through the drive-through are just lacking in manners. Others order from the other side of the vehicle and then there are others that she described as the gaslighter, cheapskate, and “the phone caller.”
When you hear her talking in the video, it doesn’t take much guessing to figure out that she works at Starbucks. She said: “I also didn’t want to put my place of employment, but you can assume where.”
Each of the customers was described in detail and she even imitated them, just in case you couldn’t figure out what she was talking about.
For example, “the yeller” is someone who yells their entire order, and the person with no manners is someone that blurts out their order without even engaging in any pleasantries.
There are some who speak softly and others who complain about everything, even if you got their order right.
In total, she highlighted six of the most annoying customers that come through the drive-through. This included one that was “the phone caller” who doesn’t want to put the call on hold so she can place your order.

She is happy with those who ask for personal recommendations, but she also says that you should trust the person if you’re going to ask for it.
